FREE WIFI !!!! Kona Properties is excited to have this new unit in our rental portfolio. Come experience Kona Properties amazing southern hospitality, while staying in an amazing gulf front condo.This beautiful, pet-friendly town home is situated directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald coast. Unit 9B -the top 2 floors of the town home. The main living area is on the 2nd floor with beautiful gulf views. On this floor there is a living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining, spacious kitchen, half bath and a nice deck with outdoor seating off the living room overlooking the beach. The deck also has a gas grill. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms (1 is the master suite with full bath and a deck overlooking the beach) there is also a full bath in the hall on this level. The master bedroom and living room both have huge wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open onto large balconies overlooking the beach. From the Balcony off the living room you just walk down the stairs to the lower beach level deck. From the beach level deck you step directly onto the sand and you are on your own private beach. There is NO SMOKING allowed in this unit.

Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental property unless pre-approved at the time of booking. If pre-approved prior to arrival a nonrefundable
Pet Fee will apply of $250.00. Any damages by a pre-approved pet will be charged an addition damage or excessive cleaning
fee. A minimum $500 fee will be assessed if a pet is found to have been in the rental property without pre-authoriz ation. Unauthorized pets in a property will result in eviction with no refund.

In the event that my/our pet cause’s damage or destruction to the property, I/we agree that we will be responsible for full
replacement and or repair cost of carpet, walls, blinds, flooring or any other items damaged or destruction in any way by pet(s) I/we
agree to be financially responsible for damages.

You must agree to keep the pet from becoming a nuisance to neighbors. This includes controlling the barking of the pet and
cleaning any animal waste on and about the premises. If the pet becomes a nuisance you may be evicted with any refund.

    My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Sandollar Townhome. We loved the location, the easy access to the beach, the very comfortable beds and the roomy living space of the townhome. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again.

    We enjoyed our stay in our Sandollar townhomes. The only thing I would add is safely bars in the tub..I was afraid of falling while taking a shower.

    Working with KONA was a breeze. The representatives I spoke with were both very helpful. The property is recently renovated and is very nice inside. The building is older but once you are inside, you won't want to leave. Love the views and the quirky staircase to the beach. The only complaint our family had was the parking situation; however, it was noted in the listing before we rented so we were aware of the issue and worked with what was provided. Thank you KONA.

    The house was wonderful. We were completely happy with everything except the parking. Luckily we drove two small vehicles. If we had drove a larger vehicle we wouldn't have been able to park and you have to back out on to the busy road. We had to get out and stop traffic just to get out. The house is right on the beach which was great. The parking was the only real drawback. If we had only had one vehicle it would have been better.

    We were thinking as we searched this rental "This is too good to be true" but it was real and it was perfect! The décor was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed to cook our meals. The convenience of walking down steps and right onto the beach was wonderful. And the views from BOTH decks were amazing no matter what time of day! One morning we saw dolphins swimming! The water was clear and not having a crowded beach was also nice. Kona Property Management were the best in helping us with any kind of issue we had. We couldn't have found a better place! We will definitely be back!

    Beautiful! The location is amazing. A private beach. You just walk out the back to white sand and rolling surf . Fishing, swimming, just basking in the sun. It was awesome. We sat on the deck and watched wonderful sunsets. The townhouse is very cute with all was needed,nicely decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. Close to good restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again! Owner very receptive to any issues.
